About The Position
EasyHealth is growing its Nurse Practitioner network in Tucson, AZ, and is seeking experienced, compassionate NPs for in-home preventive care. This role offers more autonomy, meaningful patient interaction, and flexibility compared to traditional clinic settings. NPs will conduct comprehensive preventive health assessments during scheduled in-home visits to identify care needs, close gaps, and connect members to ongoing care. This is not a traditional primary care practice or a packed clinic schedule, allowing for focused, high-quality patient assessments.
Requirements
- Active Arizona Nurse Practitioner license
- Nationally board certified
- Pediatric Certification
- Registered Medicaid
- Comfortable conducting comprehensive health assessments
- Comfortable identifying care gaps
- Experience working with pediatric populations
- Strong assessment and clinical decision-making skills
- Comfortable traveling locally for scheduled in-home visits
- Enjoy working independently
- Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
