About The Position

Esse Health is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the office of Dr. Sri Kolli in Fenton. This is an outpatient-focused clinical practice where you will develop a 1:1 relationship with patients and clinical staff. You will provide comprehensive primary care services to adult patients, conduct evaluations, physical exams, and diagnostic assessments, and diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions. The role emphasizes preventive care, wellness, and patient education, requiring accurate documentation in the electronic health record (NextGen) and coordination with specialists. You will also participate in quality improvement and care coordination initiatives.

Requirements

Master’s Degree of Science in Nursing or Physician Assistant-Master’s Degree
Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant licensure in Missouri (or eligibility)
Certified Physician Assistant or Certified Nurse Practitioner (or eligibility)
Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
Commitment to patient-centered, team-based care
Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with physicians

Responsibilities
