Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - F/T - Fenton - Dr. Kolli's Office
About The Position
Esse Health is currently looking for a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for the Office Dr. Sri Kolli located at 416 Old Smizer Road in Fenton. This is a full-time opening with a Monday - Thursday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. schedule. There are no nights, weekends, or holidays. This is an outpatient-focused clinical practice where you will join a collaborative team and develop a 1:1 relationship with patients and clinical staff members. You will provide comprehensive primary care services to adult patients, conduct patient evaluations, physical exams, and diagnostic assessments. You will diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with a physician partner, and emphasize preventive care, wellness, and patient education. You will document patient care accurately and efficiently in the electronic health record (NextGen), coordinate care with specialists and other members of the healthcare team, and participate in quality improvement and care coordination initiatives.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree of Science in Nursing or Physician Assistant-Master’s Degree
- Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant licensure in Missouri (or eligibility)
- Certified Physician Assistant or Certified Nurse Practitioner (or eligibility)
- Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to patient-centered, team-based care
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with physicians
