About The Position
The Department of Urology at Mayo Clinic Health System in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join their inpatient and outpatient clinical team. This full-time (1.0 FTE) position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, patient-centered environment focused on the evaluation and management of both general and oncologic urologic conditions. As a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in this role, you will be an integral member of a multidisciplinary care team, providing comprehensive services.
Requirements
- Masters-prepared graduate of an accredited school of nursing and Nurse Practitioner program (for Nurse Practitioner role)
- Current WI RN and APRN license and certification as a FNP, ANP or ACNP (for Nurse Practitioner role)
- Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant program (for Physician Assistant role)
- Current PA certification by NCCPA and registration as a PA by the WI State Board of Medical Practice (for Physician Assistant role)
- Active BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross at start date
- DEA registration required
