About The Position

Infinite Medical P.C. is seeking a friendly and compassionate Urology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive care to residents with urological conditions in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. The role includes caring for patients with urinary tract infections, kidney stones, prostate issues, and other urological disorders, while working with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.

The position is based in Brooklyn, New York, and is full-time, with a schedule of four days per week. The annual salary is $125,000–$175,000. Infinite Medical P.C. is part of a nationwide network of advanced practice providers and specialty clinicians. In partnership with MedElite Healthcare Management Group, the organization focuses on proactive, compassionate, personalized care for residents.

Requirements

• At least six months of experience in long-term care or a skilled nursing facility.
• Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Physician license.
• DEA license.
• CPR and BCLS/BLS certification.
• Master's degree in Nursing.
• Completion of a degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Nice To Haves

• One year of experience in Urology.
• Experience documenting in electronic medical record systems such as Sigma, Visual, or PCC; training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories, physical examinations, and diagnostic testing.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and medical guidelines.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Provide patient education, counseling, and support on disease management, medication adherence, and lifestyle modifications.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support coordinated and efficient patient care.
• Diagnose and treat residents with urological conditions, diseases, and infections.
• Document patient encounters, including assessments, interventions, and outcomes, using electronic medical record systems.
