About The Position

CommunityCare Hazleton, in Hazle Township, PA is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing team. CommunityCare, a Federally Qualified Health Center Look-Alike affiliated with Geisinger and qualifies for the National Health Service Corp Loan Repayment Program and the Pennsylvania Loan Repayment Program. CommunityCare Hazleton is located in Hazle Township, approximately 2 hours northwest of Philadelphia.

Requirements

• Master's Degree-Nurse Practitioner (Required)
• Basic Life Support Certification
• Certified Nurse Practitioner - American Academy of Nurse Practitioners
• Licensed Registered Nurse (Pennsylvania)

Responsibilities

• Advanced Practitioner must be able to treat all age ranges (pediatric (birth) to geriatric)
