About The Position

Sutter Medical Group (SMG) seeks to hire a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Otolaryngology (ENT) team in Elk Grove, CA! This is a clinic-focused role where you will join a supportive team of experienced ENT physicians and APCs. You will have the opportunity to perform a variety of procedures in clinic, see new patients and consultations, and manage pre-operative and post-operative visits. The role involves evaluating and managing common, chronic, and acute ENT conditions, and improving patient flow to reduce delays for subspecialized ENT services. You will work collaboratively with ENT physicians, nurses, and care teams. No call responsibilities are required for this role.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited NP or PA program with appropriate national certification (e.g., AANP, ANCC, NCCPA).
• California licensure eligibility and clearances (NP/PA licensure required).
• Exceptional communication skills, comfortable working in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment including patient/family interactions.

Nice To Haves

• 1+ year of prior experience in ENT, Allergy, or Audiology is preferred
