Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, ENT (Elk Grove, CA)
About The Position
Sutter Medical Group (SMG) seeks to hire a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Otolaryngology (ENT) team in Elk Grove, CA! This is a clinic-focused role where you will join a supportive team of experienced ENT physicians and APCs. You will have the opportunity to perform a variety of procedures in clinic, see new patients and consultations, manage pre-operative and post-operative visits, and evaluate and manage common, chronic, and acute ENT conditions. This role aims to improve patient flow and reduce delays for subspecialized ENT services, working collaboratively with ENT physicians, nurses, and care teams. No call responsibilities are required for this position.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited NP or PA program with appropriate national certification (e.g., AANP, ANCC, NCCPA).
- California licensure eligibility and clearances (NP/PA licensure required).
- Exceptional communication skills, comfortable working in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment including patient/family interactions.
Nice To Haves
- 1+ year of prior experience in ENT, Allergy, or Audiology is preferred
