Requirements

  • Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner (Family Medicine)
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience (Primary Care, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine)
  • Graduate of an accredited Advanced Practice Nursing program
  • Active NP license (any state accepted)
  • Current DEA registration and BLS certification
  • U.S. Citizenship required (government contract)
