About The Position

The Nurse Practitioner will be the clinical expert patients trust to achieve results they didn't think were possible without surgery, owning every treatment relationship from first consult through long-term results.

Requirements

• Current NP license (state-issued)
• 1+ year acute care (ER, ICU, or Med-Surg) OR 2+ years in aesthetics practice
• Eager to build aesthetics skills (full training provided for Track A)
• Weekend availability required (full weekends; this is a fixed schedule role)
• Comfortable in a high-volume clinic environment treating 15-25 patients per day.
• Professional, dependable, and genuinely patient-centered

Responsibilities

• Own the patient's full clinical journey, from initial skin assessment and treatment planning through follow-up care and long-term results.
• Build relationships with patients who come back because of you, not just the brand.
• Perform laser, injectable, and skin rejuvenation treatments.
• Conduct consultations.
• Design individualized treatment plans.
• Document accurately.
• Partner with Patient Care Coordinators and Location Directors to run a seamless clinic floor.
• Work with a custom EMR built for LaserAway.
• Practice at the forefront of aesthetic medicine with the latest FDA-cleared technologies.
