About The Position

Rovi Health is hiring a full-time Nurse Navigator to execute clinical navigation for individual members. The role involves building ongoing member relationships, understanding their needs, guiding them to appropriate care, and helping them follow through on care plans and next steps. Rovi’s navigation platform combines member data and recommendations so the Nurse Navigator can focus on clinical judgment and relationship building. The role handles inbound clinical questions, coordinates care across providers, reviews recommendations, and proactively engages members throughout the year. Scheduling and provider calls are supported by the care coordination team. The position is hybrid, with candidates in the New York area preferred. All member interactions are virtual; there is no in-person care component. The Nurse Navigator works within established clinical workflows and guardrails, documents interactions, and escalates unfamiliar, sensitive, or clinically complex situations as needed. The role also contributes to improving care delivery by identifying gaps in workflows, member experience, and the product.
