About The Position

Under the general direction of the Director, the nurse manager assumes 24-7 accountability for the operational and patient care management of assigned care areas. The Nurse Manager is a Registered Nurse who has a comprehensive understanding of leadership and patient care principles and applies those principles in evaluation of work performance and outcome standards. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Washington Registered Nurse License
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• CNOR
• 3 years of experience in Operating Room or procedural settings
• 2 years of Leadership experience

Nice To Haves

• Master's Degree in Nursing
