About The Position

HCT seeks an experienced nursing professional to serve as the Interim Perioperative Services Nurse Manager at a 300+ bed facility in Southern California. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Oversee the frontline nurses and act as the conduit between the caregivers and leadership teams. Communicate the organization’s goals to the nursing staff to constantly seek to improve patient experiences Share your knowledge with others and improve their understanding of a patient’s needs, the needs of the nursing staff, or the needs of the organization Ensure TJC survey readiness

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
• 3+ years of recent perioperative services management experience.
• Strong communication, diplomacy and persuasiveness, analytical ability, strong judgment and managerial skills.
• California RN license required.
• AHA BLS required.
• Information systems experience (Cerner/EPIC) and Microsoft Office suite.

Nice To Haves

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred.
