RN - Nurse Manager
About The Position
This is a full-time Nurse Manager position requiring an active RN license and graduation from an accredited nursing program (BSN required; MSN preferred). The role involves overseeing daily operations of a nursing unit, ensuring high-quality patient care, managing staff, monitoring patient flow and outcomes, leading quality improvement initiatives, and managing budget and regulatory compliance. BLS is required, and ACLS is preferred. Several years of clinical nursing experience are necessary, with prior leadership or management experience being preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
Requirements
