About The Position

Responsible for managing the clinical, operational, and financial activities within the department. Works collaboratively with physicians, clinical departments, nursing, management, and other stakeholders to ensure timely patient access to care, operational efficiency, department productivity, fiscal integrity, and patient satisfaction. Primary responsibilities include human resources management, practice business development, daily operational efficiency, effectiveness, and regulatory compliance. In addition, the Nurse Manager provides leadership for outpatient and inpatient wound care services, ensuring evidence-based wound management practices, optimal clinical outcomes, interdisciplinary collaboration, and program growth.
