About The Position

They are responsible for managing resources, implementing policies, and addressing issues that arise within the department. Their role also includes staff management, budget oversight, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse
• Graduate of accredited school of Nursing
• Licensed and currently registered as a professional nurse in NYS
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• PALS certification
• Minimum of three (3) years' experience in the field of critical care nursing.
• Excellent communication skills

• Excellent problem solving skills
• Excellent leadership skills
