About The Position

Evergreen Health is seeking a Nurse Manager to lead the daily clinical operations of its Primary & Specialty Care Practice. This role combines hands-on nursing with team leadership, workflow oversight, and quality improvement. The Nurse Manager will support staff, foster a positive patient experience, and ensure the practice runs smoothly. Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) OR a documented plan to complete a BSN within NYSED's RN BSN requirement timeframe OR Associate degree with degree/license dates meeting NYSED’s exemption requirements
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in New York State
• Current BCLS certification
• Three (3) years of supervisory experience in a medical office setting, with ambulatory outpatient experience preferred
• Familiarity with computers, EMR software (Medent), and MS Office software (Outlook, Word)
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in writing and verbally
• Awareness of and sensitivity to the issues and health disparities faced by underserved populations is essential

Responsibilities

• Lead and support clinical staff; manage daily workflow and staffing
• Oversee telephone triage and ensure ClearTriage usage
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Collaborate with nursing leads to support smooth clinic operations
• Address patient concerns and support resolution
• Manage invoices, documentation, and quality improvement tasks
