About The Position

As a leader in the healthcare industry, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Manager to join our leadership team and help us elevate the standard of care. The Nurse Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day clinical operations of the nursing unit, providing leadership, mentorship, and support to nursing staff. This role plays a critical part in driving patient care excellence, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required
- Minimum 3-5 years of nursing experience
- At least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
- Strong communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills
Nice To Haves
- Master’s degree preferred
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage nursing staff, including scheduling, evaluations, and professional development
- Ensure high standards of patient care in accordance with evidence-based practices
- Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and administrative staff
- Monitor and improve quality metrics and patient satisfaction
- Manage budgets, staffing, and resources efficiently
- Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and policies
