About The Position

The Nurse Manager leads nursing care, treatment, and services on an assigned shift or unit, ensuring care is delivered seamlessly and compassionately throughout patients’ rehabilitation journeys. The role supports high-quality, tailored patient care and provides leadership to nursing staff in a collaborative inpatient rehabilitation environment. The Nurse Manager also identifies staff training needs and resources with other organizational leaders and helps celebrate patient progress.

Requirements

• Current RN licensure as required by state regulations.
• BLS certification; ACLS certification must be obtained within one year of starting the position.
• CRRN certification must be obtained within one year of meeting eligibility requirements.
• Five years of nursing experience, including two recent years in an inpatient hospital setting.
• Previous leadership experience, such as charge nurse or lead capacity, with responsibility for interim reporting, issue resolution, setting direction, and accountability for patient and staff results.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related field preferred.
