We are seeking a seasoned Nurse Manager who is passionate about behavioral health and inspired by leadership. In this role, you’ll oversee nursing operations across inpatient units, ensuring safe, high-quality, and patient-centered care while leading and supporting a dedicated nursing team. Requirements
- Current RN License in GA (or eligible to receive or renew)
- at least 1 year of RN experience, preferably in psych
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead and support nursing operations on inpatient units
- Ensure exceptional patient care and clinical compliance
- Adjust staffing to meet operational needs across evenings, nights, and weekends
- Oversee admissions, discharges, crisis interventions, restraints, and seclusion events
- Supervise and mentor Mental Health Associates, RNs, and LPNs
- Coordinate and lead all medical codes (real and mock), ensuring safety and preparedness
