We are seeking a seasoned Nurse Manager who is passionate about behavioral health and inspired by leadership. In this role, you’ll oversee nursing operations across inpatient units, ensuring safe, high-quality, and patient-centered care while leading and supporting a dedicated nursing team. Requirements

  • Current RN License in GA (or eligible to receive or renew)
  • at least 1 year of RN experience, preferably in psych

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support nursing operations on inpatient units
  • Ensure exceptional patient care and clinical compliance
  • Adjust staffing to meet operational needs across evenings, nights, and weekends
  • Oversee admissions, discharges, crisis interventions, restraints, and seclusion events
  • Supervise and mentor Mental Health Associates, RNs, and LPNs
  • Coordinate and lead all medical codes (real and mock), ensuring safety and preparedness
  • Foster a collaborative, supportive work environment for your team
