Requirements
- Prefer 1,000 hours of long-term care with geriatric or chronically ill persons (exceptions for CNAs, PCAs, family caregiving, or companionship/housekeeping only).
- Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position.
- Must have available reliable transportation.
- If transporting clients, must have proof of a valid driver's license and automobile insurance.
- Pass a criminal background check (national and any required by state).
- Pass a drug screen.
Nice To Haves
- Recently licensed Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
- Personal Care Aid (PCA)
Responsibilities
- Provide care and comfort to clients.
- Assist clients who cannot always care for themselves.
- Provide companionship and housekeeping services.
- Transport clients if required, with a valid driver's license and automobile insurance.
