Treatment programs at Laurel Heights Hospital are structured for youth ages 6–17 who are dealing with general psychiatric difficulties and trauma. We also offer specialty mental health programs for children with co-occurring neurodevelopmental disabilities, including Autism Spectrum Disorders. The Nurse Manager role is a great position that allows you to remain close to the bedside but allows you to serve as a front-line nurse leader. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of patient care in this specialized field. In collaboration with the Nursing Director the Nurse Manager is responsible the leadership and management. The Nurse Manager fosters associate's commitment to improving quality and safety of patient care outcomes. This role offers the chance to direct and coordinate the nursing and patient care delivery of the unit-based professional. 1 years of experience in nursing leadership and behavioral health required. The role would be Monday-Friday with the possibility of weekend/off hour coverage to meet the needs of the hospital.
