Schedule Full-time, 40 hours per week Day shift Where You’ll Work You will be based at Milton Hospital, leading the Intensive Care Unit/Critical Care Unit (ICU/CCU) and the hospital’s Nursing Supervisor team. This role has broad impact across the organization, supporting both critical care services and hospital-wide patient flow and throughput. What You’ll Do You will provide clinical, operational, and leadership oversight of the ICU/CCU and Nursing Supervisor team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care. This includes managing daily operations, driving clinical excellence, and maintaining regulatory compliance. You will also lead efforts to optimize patient flow, capacity, and throughput across the hospital. Using data and quality metrics, you’ll partner with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes, operational efficiency, and the overall patient and family experience.
