About The Position

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
0–3 years of relevant experience in implementation, clinical support, training, or customer-facing roles
Strong communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
High attention to detail

Ability to follow structured processes
Demonstrated ability to learn new systems, tools, and processes quickly
Comfortable working under guidance while building foundational skills

Responsibilities

Deliver standardized trainings and in-services clearly and confidently.
Manage multiple tasks and meet documentation deadlines (e.g., within 24–48 hours).
Ensure accuracy in clinical documentation and adherence to standard materials.
Build positive relationships with clients and internal partners.
Learn new systems, tools, and processes quickly.
Follow structured processes while developing independent judgment.
Identify issues and escalate appropriately.
Report challenges or risks clearly and concisely.
Anticipate needs and prepare proactively as experience grows.
Collaborate cross-functionally to support successful go-live events.
Travel extensively (75–90%).
