About The Position
Activa Home Health, an AccordCare Company, is seeking an experienced RN Clinical Manager to lead clinical operations in its Stuart, Florida office. This high-impact leadership role supports Medicare home health operations and includes clinical oversight, admissions coordination, staff mentorship, quality assurance, and field support. The position is primarily in-office. The ideal candidate is customer service–driven, highly organized, tech-savvy, and confident managing fast-paced home health operations while ensuring compliance with Medicare and Florida home health regulations. The role requires screening through the Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
Requirements
- Current Florida RN license in good standing.
- At least 1 year of Medicare home health case management experience.
- Strong knowledge of OASIS and home health compliance standards.
- EMR experience.
- Excellent organizational, communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and support clinical and operational workflows.
- Screening through the Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse is required.
