About The Position
This is a highly independent, field-based position where you'll build relationships and make a meaningful impact every day. As a Nurse Case Manager, you'll coordinate medical care, facilitate communication between all parties, and advocate for injured workers to achieve the best possible outcomes. Join a team dedicated to supporting injured employees throughout their recovery while collaborating with physicians, employers, and claims professionals.
Requirements
- Active California RN license
- ASN required
- Background in ICU, ER, Trauma, Orthopedics, Neurology, or other acute care specialties
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout the assigned service area
Nice To Haves
- BSN preferred
- Prior Workers' Compensation Case Management experience
- Excellent communication, organization, and care coordination skills
