About The Position
Walnut Hills is seeking a compassionate and dependable Nurse Assistant to join its Assisted Living team. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience caring for older adults while learning from experienced nurses, CNAs, and caregivers. No CNA certification or previous healthcare experience is required. The position is part-time, with an evening shift from 2 PM to 10 PM.

Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living and personal care needs.
- Support residents while promoting dignity and independence.
- Build positive relationships with residents and families.
- Work alongside nurses, CNAs, and other care team members.
- Observe residents and report changes or concerns.
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
- Follow established care and safety procedures.
- Provide compassionate support throughout each shift.
