About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a part-time Security EMT to support a manufacturing and industrial location in Koppel, Pennsylvania. The role combines security duties with appropriate emergency response activities. The employee will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and provide customer service. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license under Allied Universal policy. EMT certification and a valid driver’s license are required prior to employment. The schedule is Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM. Pay is $24.00 per hour.

Requirements

EMT certification is required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license is required for this driving position and must meet Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 or older for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable law.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Meet licensing requirements that apply under state or local laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and perform emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and use a problem-solving approach while following site protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols of facilities, production areas, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
Monitor access, verify authorized entry, and report unusual activity or conditions to appropriate site contacts.
Document incidents, observations, and security-related activities according to site procedures.
