About The Position

Windsor Manor Webster City, a senior living community managed by Allegro Living, is hiring full-time and part-time Caregivers / Resident Assistants for its Assisted Living team. No CNA license or certification is required, and training is provided. The role is suited to compassionate, dependable people with a genuine interest in supporting seniors and building relationships with residents and their families.

Available schedules include a full-time second shift from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., five days per week, with every other weekend and holiday availability required; and a part-time first shift from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., with every other weekend required. Full-time applicants must be willing to obtain medication manager certification.

Requirements

• At least one year of related healthcare or caregiving experience.
• Willingness to obtain medication manager certification for full-time applicants.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Compassion, patience, dependability, and a genuine passion for working with seniors.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• At least 18 years old.
• Complete required dementia training and background screening, and follow the Drug-Free Workplace policy.

Nice To Haves

• CNA, home health, private caregiver, or senior living experience.
• CPR and First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, transfers, and incontinence care.
• Provide medication reminders as permitted.
• Follow resident service plans and document all care provided.
• Communicate with the Resident Services team to maintain continuity of care.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
• Help maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment.
• Support community activities and daily operations.
