About The Position

RoseWood Village Hollymead is hiring Caregivers / Resident Assistants for its senior living team in Charlottesville, Virginia. CNA certification is not required; training is provided. The role supports residents with daily routines and provides compassionate, dependable care. Full-time, part-time, and PRN options are available, with first-, second-, and third-shift opportunities.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to complete required background screening and training.
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-focused.

Nice To Haves

• Caregiving experience is a plus, but not required.
• CNA certification is not required; training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Help residents with mobility and daily activities.
• Assist with meals and hydration.
• Respond to resident needs.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Document care provided.
• Help create a safe and welcoming environment.
