About The Position

We are seeking a Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for an ongoing Locum Tenens position in an Acute Care Hospital setting in Chapel Hill, NC. This role involves providing clinical anesthesia services for a high acuity Level I Trauma facility, covering a wide range of cases including GI, Cardiac, Radiology Oncology, MRI, Burns, Neuro, and Level I Trauma cases for all ages. The CRNA will work collaboratively with anesthesiologists and the CRNA team, adapting to varying case types and department needs. The position requires flexibility to work any day of the week, with a standard shift from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 5 days per week. Hospital privileges are required, with a credentialing timeline of 45-60 days. A COVID-19 vaccine is required, with medical/religious exemptions considered.

Requirements

• Active NC license preferred
• NBCRNA certification required
• Willing to License (IMLC only)
• Level I Trauma experience required
• Must be flexible and able to work any day of the week as needed
• Cannot require RTO during June or July
• Cannot require more than 1 Friday off per month
• Minimum of 2 references required
