About The Position
Always Best Care Senior Services - O'ahu is seeking warm, dependable Nurse Aides (NAs) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) to join their growing team. This role involves helping seniors maintain their independence, safety, and well-being in their own homes. The position offers a flexible schedule that works with the caregiver's life and provides a meaningful work experience.
Requirements
- Hold a current NA or CNA certification in Hawaii.
- Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Be comfortable with hands-on lifting and mobility support.
- Communicate clearly and work well independently or as part of a team.
Nice To Haves
- Senior care experience is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and medication reminders.
- Provide comfort and companionship to clients.
- Monitor and report changes in client's health or mood.
- Collaborate with fellow caregivers and healthcare professionals.
- Transport clients to appointments, errands, and outings.
