Mid-Level Nuclear Engineer/Health Physicist

The ideal candidate will have experience in environmental assessments and safety evaluations of nuclear facilities for federal and/or state agencies, including uranium mills, in situ uranium recovery facilities, and nuclear reactors.
Requirements
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
- At least 5 years of experience
- U.S. citizenship
- Ability to obtain a security clearance
Nice To Haves
- Experience using various radiation codes, such as RESRAD, MicroShield, and MILDOS
Responsibilities
- Evaluating uranium mills, in situ uranium recovery facilities, and nuclear reactors for potential environmental impacts (hydrogeological, human health and safety, air quality, etc).
