About The Position

This role is responsible for the creation of NPI materials for HP Poly Headsets. Engaging with Product Management and Development teams to gain a detailed understanding of current and upcoming products, create briefing materials for cross-functional audiences, and work with NPI Marketing to define source messaging and create all materials for a successful launch.

Requirements

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
  • Typically has 2-4 years of work experience, preferably in product marketing, product design, or a related field or an advanced degree with little or no work experience.

Responsibilities

  • Build close relationship with Product Management and Development teams to understand current product portfolio, and upcoming product launches
  • Creation of product primers to brief cross functional teams in advance of product launch and announcement
  • Work with NPI Marketing to create source messaging used across all launch materials, and coordinate creation and publishing of structured materials (datasheets, web pages etc)
  • Work with in house creative teams to create unstructured launch materials (presentations, product briefs etc) used during and beyond product launch and coordinate publishing
  • Brief Category, marketing, and sales teams on product benefits, features, and competitive advantages
  • Represent HP Poly headsets during online and in person events
  • Works independently on moderate scope problems, applying professional expertise, exercising judgment, and resolving various issues by following company policies and procedures.
