In support of the Gas Power business, this controls engineering position in the Control Systems Technology team is responsible for developing, validating, and productizing advanced gas turbine controls solutions. Essential Functions: The Lead Gas Turbine (GT) NPI Controls Development Engineer is a lead professional engineer that is responsible for developing and validating GT controls solutions in support of customer projects. This includes requirements management, design, development, simulation verification, field validation on customer project sites, and documentation related to advanced gas turbine controls system development in support of the Gas Power Business. The Lead GT NPI Controls Development Engineer will be challenged to work with GT systems and component Gas Turbine Engineering teams to define and deliver controls features as part of standard software library releases to be used by the controls project execution team to fulfill on advanced gas turbine projects.
