Requirements
- Strong background in Primary Care experience.
- At least 2 years of practice experience, post-training experience.
- Active California Medical License.
- Current and Unrestricted DEA.
- Board Certified with either AANP or NCCPA.
- Commitment to Patient-Centered Care & Health Equity.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual in Spanish & English (Preferred but not required).
Responsibilities
- Provide Primary Care coverage to patients in need within our FQHC network.
- Join a 1:4 Saturday Clinic Rotation (replaces one weekday clinic).
- Streamline processes to improve patient flow, satisfaction, and provider efficiency.
- See 20 patients per day in 20 min scheduling blocks.
- TrueCare uses OCHIN’s EPIC EMR platform.
