About The Position
University of Michigan Health-West is seeking a full-time, board eligible/board certified, Advanced Practice Provider to join their well-established and comprehensive primary care team. High caliber, quality-focused, innovative providers are encouraged to apply to join their employed team to expand and provide care to local communities. The provider will be performing the full spectrum of outpatient primary care services for patients, including primary, acute, chronic, and specialty care to patients of all ages and backgrounds. Advanced Practice Providers are responsible for evaluating patients, diagnosing, and treating health conditions with an added emphasis on disease prevention and health management. The candidate will also need to coordinate and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a positive experience for all patients, families, and staff.
Requirements
- Board eligible/board certified Advanced Practice Provider.
- Experience working with culturally diverse patients.
- Fluent in English, Spanish, Vietnamese, Nepali and Bosnian.

Responsibilities

- Providing virtual care when appropriate.
