About The Position

RBCI is seeking a Network Operations Support Center (NOSC) Administrator to monitor, troubleshoot, and sustain the network infrastructure supporting MEDXS mission operations. The role supports continuous operations, incident management, and network availability for globally distributed users. This position is onsite in Sumter, South Carolina, and is contingent upon contract award. Travel may be required as needed.

Requirements

• Experience supporting network operations environments.
• Knowledge of network monitoring and ticketing tools.
• Understanding of incident response and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Experience supporting enterprise IT environments.
• Ability to work in a mission-focused operational environment.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network infrastructure and system availability.
• Respond to alerts, outages, and service disruptions.
• Escalate incidents and track remediation efforts.
• Support ticket management activities.
• Maintain network operations documentation.
• Support cybersecurity monitoring functions.
• Assist with continuity and contingency planning.
