About The Position
This is an exciting opportunity for Norwegians to join a leading social media platform's content moderation team. The role is fully remote within Hungary and involves ensuring the quality and appropriateness of the platform's content. It is a backoffice position where you will be approving content, with no client contact. Training and guidance will be provided to ensure success. Flexible working hours are offered.
Requirements
- Native level Norwegian speaker and fluent in English.
- 0-1 year experience as a content moderator.
- Good understanding of digital platforms and comfortable navigating online content.
- Basic understanding and level of computer handling skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Open-minded and respectful, able to handle sensitive content with maturity and professionalism.
- Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities, duties and tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to express thoughts clearly and concisely.
- EU passport required.
Responsibilities
- Review a variety of content, including text and images, with a keen eye for detail.
- Conduct content quality control checks to ensure adherence to our Content Moderation Guidelines.
- Keep an eye out for slurs, cuss words, adult content, and uncivil content, among other guidelines.
- Approve or disapprove new and modified content submissions based on the Moderation Guidelines.
