About The Position

Social Factor is seeking talented moderation professionals with Arabic language expertise for project-based, temporary, or part-time roles. We offer flexible schedules, including potential 24/7 work, catering to early birds and night owls. As our clients' needs evolve, we aim to build a roster of skilled moderators. When a suitable opportunity arises, our team will contact you to discuss availability and interest. This role involves developing and nurturing digital communities for globally recognized brands.

Requirements

Native-level understanding of Arabic language.
Deep understanding of respective language pop culture, nomenclature, cultural references, and slang.
Previous social media moderation experience is required.
Exceptional organizational, multitasking abilities, and able to follow clear guidelines and workflows.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (ability to mirror voice/tone of multiple brands).
Excellent spelling and grammar skills (skills and/or language test will be given for final candidates).
Strong willingness to learn and think critically; a proactive approach.
High energy with the capability to multitask in a dynamic, rapidly growing organization.
Knowledge of and experience with the major social media platforms: Youtube, FB, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
Personal computer with minimum of Windows 10 and macOS 12.X.
Personal internet speed requirement of a minimum of 150 mbps.
US-based or UK-based.

Nice To Haves

Live stream moderation is a plus.
Sprinklr certification, Khoros, and/or Sprout Social experience is also a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop strong, growing, digital communities for well-known brands.
Interact with users in real-time, answering questions and appropriately engaging in discussion and troubleshooting efforts.
Understand client's brand voice and accurately engage with users.
Mirror the voice/tone of multiple brands in verbal and written communication.
