About The Position

Social Factor is seeking talented moderators with Indonesian language experience for project/gig, temporary, or part-time roles. We offer flexible schedules, including 24/7 opportunities for early birds and night owls. As a Community Moderator, you will help develop strong, growing digital communities for well-known brands. We are looking for individuals based in the US or UK. Opportunities are available as client needs change and grow. When a match is found, our team will reach out to discuss availability and interest.

Requirements

Native-level understanding of Indonesian language.
Deep understanding of respective language pop culture, nomenclature, cultural references, and slang.
Previous social media moderation experience is required.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to follow clear guidelines and workflows.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent spelling and grammar skills.
Strong willingness to learn and think critically; a proactive approach.
High energy with the capability to multitask in a dynamic, rapidly growing organization.
Knowledge of and experience with the major social media platforms: Youtube, FB, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
Personal computer with minimum of Windows 10 and macOS 12.X.
Personal internet speed requirement of a minimum of 150 mbps.
US-based or UK-based.

Nice To Haves

Live stream moderation experience is a plus.
Sprinklr certification, Khoros, and/or Sprout Social experience is also a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop strong, growing, digital communities for well-known brands.
Interact with users in real-time, answering questions and appropriately engaging in discussion and troubleshooting efforts.
Understand client's brand voice and accurately engage with users.
Mirror voice/tone of multiple brands in written communication.
