About The Position
The North Operations Supervisor oversees overnight field operations, supports EMS personnel, and ensures high standards of service delivery. This is a high-demand, fast-paced role requiring strong leadership, effective communication, and exceptional team-building skills. The position will primarily cover Flint and reports directly to the Operations Manager. The role is exempt and salaried, with an overnight schedule of 1800–0600.
Requirements
- State of Michigan Licensed Paramedic or EMT license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS).
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
- Prehospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS).
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
- Strong leadership, effective communication, and exceptional team-building skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversee overnight field operations.
- Support EMS personnel.
- Ensure the highest standards of service delivery.
- Primarily cover Flint.
