The North Campus Connection Coordinator's purpose is to help build, grow, and strengthen the Connection Department and its volunteers. This role is responsible for various aspects of campus connection, including managing the Welcome Team, overseeing volunteer onboarding and communication, and executing events like Connect Dinners and baptism Sundays. The coordinator will also attend staff meetings, manage team development, and ensure smooth operations through effective use of Planning Center and Microsoft Office.
