Noodle Prep (AM Shift)
About The Position
Responsible for preparing fresh noodle items in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen, including mixing and producing dough using commercial equipment to ensure consistency and quality. The role is based at 15323 Proctor Avenue, City of Industry, CA 91745, with AM shift starting times from 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM. A flexible schedule is required Monday through Sunday, with overtime as needed. Applicants must be 18 years of age or older and able to provide documentation confirming legal authorization to work in the United States. Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be able to provide documentation to work legally in the United States.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds multiple times per day and push a cart weighing up to 100 pounds.
- Must be able to meet the role's physical requirements, including sitting, standing, walking, bending, lifting, reaching, and using hands and fingers.
- Must be able to work in wet or humid conditions, near moving parts, and in extreme non-weather heat and cold.
- Must use appropriate personal protective equipment, including cutting gloves when cutting, a back support belt when lifting heavy items, and goggles and long gloves when working with chemicals.
- Flexible schedule required Monday through Sunday; overtime as needed.

- Follow safety procedures, use restaurant safety words during shifts, and ask for assistance as needed.
- Use proper body mechanics and appropriate personal protective equipment to avoid injury.
- Perform other job-related duties assigned by a supervisor.
