The job involves greeting and seating guests in a professional, friendly, and timely manner, monitoring traffic flow and informing guests of the approximate waiting time. It also includes ensuring guests are provided with the highest level of service and making decisions pertaining to the betterment of the guest’s experience. The role requires working as one team under stressful conditions during high volume business levels, maintaining a clean and safe working environment, and having the ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time. A thorough knowledge of all activities and promotions occurring at our casino properties and flexibility to support a 24/7 operation are also necessary.
