About The Position
This role involves assisting servers in a noodle bar environment, ensuring smooth service operations, and maintaining a pleasant dining experience for guests. The position requires attention to detail, the ability to work in a moderately noisy, smoke-filled environment, and adherence to opening/closing side work duties.
Requirements
- Must be able to work in a smoke-filled environment.
Responsibilities
- Services water, bread, butter and start appetizers.
- Maintain coffee service.
- Refill water glasses.
- Change ashtrays.
- Assist servers.
- Observe opening / closing side work duties listed in the restaurant in order to make sure you complete your duties on a daily basis.
- Other duties may be assigned.
