About The Position

The Non-Licensed Social Service Worker assists the Director in ensuring that residents’ medically related emotional and social needs are met and maintained on an individual basis. The role assists with planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the overall operation of the community’s Social Services Department in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, regulations, and established policies and procedures. The position is based at a skilled nursing facility in Nashville, North Carolina.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
