About The Position
The Heights of League City is seeking a Licensed Social Worker to serve as its Social Services Director. The role supports residents’ emotional, social, and psychological well-being, advocates for residents, and provides guidance to families as they navigate care decisions. The Social Worker collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to develop care plans that reflect each resident’s needs, helps foster an inclusive community, and ensures compliance with state and federal regulations.
Requirements
- Degree in Social Services.
- Current Texas Social Worker license.
- Passion for person-centered care and advocacy.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with residents, families, and team members.
Responsibilities
