About The Position
Riverside Medical Group is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Non-Invasive Cardiologist to join our highly respected team at Riverside Cardiology Specialists in Gloucester, Virginia. The role focuses on diagnosing and managing heart conditions using advanced imaging and testing, without performing surgical procedures. The physician will play a critical role in evaluating and treating heart failure, arrhythmias, and coronary artery disease, interpreting diagnostic tests such as echocardiograms, cardiac MRI, and stress tests, prescribing medications and developing long-term care plans, coordinating care with interventional cardiologists and other specialists, and educating patients on lifestyle modifications and preventive strategies.
Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine Degree (M.D.) or a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.)
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (ABEM or ABOEM Certification) in Emergency Medicine
- License to practice medicine and surgery in the Commonwealth of Virginia or ability to obtain a Virginia License
- Current DEA or ability to obtain a DEA
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities
