About The Position
Riverside Medical Group is seeking a full-time Non-Invasive Cardiologist to join our expert team at Riverside Cardiology Specialists in Newport News, Virginia. This unique opportunity blends inpatient and outpatient care with a special emphasis on women’s cardiovascular health. At Riverside, we recognize that cardiovascular disease affects women differently—from risk factors to symptoms. That’s why we’ve created the Riverside Women’s Heart Center, a dedicated space where women receive personalized, proactive care to manage and improve their heart health. As part of this role, you’ll provide inpatient consultations and outpatient clinic care, dedicate time to the Women’s Heart Center, seeing new referrals and established patients, and perform and interpret diagnostic services including: Stress testing, SPECT myocardial perfusion imaging, Echocardiography, and Holter monitoring. You will also participate in call responsibilities as part of a collaborative cardiology team.
Requirements

- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine and Cardiology
- Virginia Medical License (or eligibility)
- Valid DEA controlled substance registration
Responsibilities
- Provide inpatient consultations and outpatient clinic care
- Dedicate time to the Women’s Heart Center, seeing new referrals and established patients
